What exactly do I get with my design package?



Every package includes a custom 2D landscape layout, 3D design renderings, a plant and materials list, and a 30-minute consultation with one of our designers. You'll also receive revision options based on the package you choose.

How do I get started?



You can either book a free 15-minute consultation or select a design package directly from our website. We’ll guide you through uploading photos, sharing your preferences, and scheduling your full consultation.

How is Terra Yards different from other landscape designers?



We’re 100% design-focused—no upselling installation, no bundled services. Our process is remote, fast, and cost-effective. And unlike other online design firms, our plans are created by real U.S.-based professionals—not AI or outsourcing.

Do you offer installation services?



No, we focus solely on design so you can work with any installer or DIY the project yourself. That way, you keep full control and avoid inflated installation costs.

How long does the process take?



Most projects are delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity and feedback rounds.

Can I revise my design after seeing it?



Yes! Every package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions depending on your plan. Additional revisions can be added if needed for an additional fee.

What kind of information do I need to provide?



After you book, your designer will guide you through the process. You’ll be asked to record a short video walkthrough of your yard so we can understand layout, elevation, and key features. We’ll also request a plot plan (if available) and a few photos from different angles. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through everything step by step.
